We are continuing to monitor the public health situation to see when we are able to returned to a live Flavored Nation event. We understand the gravity of this decision for all of our participants who count on Flavored Nation to boost their business awareness and for our destination cities, which benefit from the increased revenue our events attract.

It was 2017 and we had dreams of flying to Maine for a dock-fresh lobster roll or driving to Philly for a melty cheesesteak, but we couldn’t afford the travel. Wouldn’t it be great if every state’s iconic dishes were available to taste at one event? It was with this idea that Flavored Nation was born!
Flavored Nation gives attendees the opportunity to taste iconic dishes from around the country and sample drinks in a fun atmosphere. The first event was held in Columbus, OH, in 2018 to a sold-out crowd. In 2019, the event returned to Columbus and added a second event in Chattanooga, TN. Here they are! Introducing the 50 state dishes selected to represent each state at this year’s Flavored Nation events. The dishes were chosen through a public voting process and curated by our panel of culinary experts. More than 350,000 votes were cast by foodies across the country! Admission to Flavored Nation events includes 10 food sample tickets with the option to purchase more, plus complimentary drink samples. If you’re hungry enough, you can eat your way across America!

Flavored Nation’s iconic state dishes are prepared by the best chefs in the business. Expert and award-winning chefs from across the country are brought in to each event to prepare their state’s dish, so you know that what you’re tasting is authentic.
The chefs are lead by our Culinary Director, Jared Bobkin, who has served as executive chef in multiple Michigan restaurants and appeared as a contestant on Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen.
